Is Taiwan National Health Insurance (NHI) accepted?

Yes, Taiwan NHI is accepted for standard consultations and most diagnostic procedures. Some advanced treatments — such as low-intensity shockwave therapy for erectile dysfunction, or PTNS nerve stimulation for overactive bladder — are self-pay procedures. Our staff will clearly explain any out-of-pocket costs before treatment begins.

What are the clinic hours?

Monday, Tuesday, and Friday offer three sessions: morning 9:00 AM–12:00 PM, afternoon 2:00–5:00 PM, and evening 6:00–9:00 PM. Wednesday and Thursday have morning and afternoon sessions only — no evening clinic. Saturday is morning only, 9:00 AM–12:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays and national holidays.
